Which tab do I use?
Use this page when you know the work you need to do but are not sure where it sits in the Transaction workspace.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Open the Transaction and check that the reference, property, and acting side are correct.

Check before you continue
Section titled “Check before you continue”- Use Audit to inspect records; do not use it as a place to complete work.
- Use Undertakings to draft, record, and track undertaking work. Your firm must review and approve wording before relying on it.
- Use Settlement Statement for preparation and review. Your firm must confirm figures before relying on them.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Once you find the right tab, follow the relevant guide for that work.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”Some tabs appear only for certain roles, Transaction types, or workflow stages. If a tab is not available, do not assume the work is complete; check the workflow and your firm’s file process.
