Torrens records settlement and closeout facts where current surfaces support them. External settlement, banking, SCP, trust accounting, Landonline, tax, provider, counterparty, and legal judgment steps remain outside Torrens unless a specific integration exists.
PEXA-style support means orchestration visibility across funds and Landonline checkpoints. It does not mean Torrens replaces banking, SCP, trust accounting, Landonline, or practitioner certification.
Do not use Torrens closeout to hide unresolved requisitions, undertakings, residual obligations, or external steps that still affect the Transaction.
