Section titled “Does Torrens replace lawyer judgment or firm supervision?”No. Torrens can prepare, draft, track, and record work, but legally meaningful approvals, certifications, confirmations, and settlement decisions remain with your firm.
Where should I start?

Can support staff use the guides?

Why do some steps still say external activity?
Section titled “Why do some steps still say external activity?”Because some work still happens outside Torrens. Landonline, lenders, banking, trust-account work, counterparties, councils, and clients can all create external dependencies.
